During the past two decades, Gomez and Sullivan staff have handled over 100 license and permit applications for activities regulated under state, federal, and local statutes involving FERC licensing.  We have conducted NEPA analyses, Applicant Prepared EA's and Third Party EIS's.

NEPA

Gomez and Sullivan has been conducting evaluations of hydroelectric power project operations under the National Environmental Policy Act for over 20 years.  This experience has included the development of reservoir system operations models, and evealuation of p roject design and saftety, as well as the evaluation of operations effects on water use and quality, fish, wildlife and botanical resources, historic cultural and archaeological resources, recreation, land use, aesthetics and socioeconomics.
