Gomez and Sullivan provided engineering services to the Public Service of New Hampshire for their Eastman Falls Hydroelectric Project. Our services included detailed safety inspections, review of hydrology and hydraulics, structural stability analyses of dam and powerhouses, and report preparation. Follow-up work included dambreak analyses to assess the Inflow Design Flood (IDF); detailed review of geologic conditions for impact on stability; updated stability analyses; and final design plans and specifications for post-tensioned anchor stabilization measures including construction drawings, field testing and acceptance and preparation of a final report.

Our staff also performed the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh FERC Part 12 safety inspections, developed the Supporting Technical Information (STI) Documents, participated in the Potential Failure Mode Analysis (PFMA), as well as prepared the PFMA Report and Part 12 Inspection Reports.
