Lamoille River Hydroelectric Project, FERC Licensing and Compliance

Gomez and Sullivan provided strategic and technical support to Central Vermont Public Service Corporation (CVPS) for the relicensing of the Lamoille River Hydroelectric Project, located in northwestern Vermont. The Lamoille Project consists of four developments – Fairfax Falls, Clark Falls, Milton and Peterson - with a total generating capacity of 21 MW. We are also the lead consultant for developing license compliance plans in consultation with stakeholder groups to meet the requirements of the new FERC license. These plans addressed issues related to recreation, water quality, flood operations, flow management, and fisheries resources.
